I watched Martin Scorsese's No Direction Home before seeing I'm Not There and I was just astounded by how closely Todd Haynes managed to replicate the footage. And Cate Blanchett...she doesn't mimic, she inhabits. I decided to really play with the idea of making a trailer with Cate Blanchett and Bob Dylan actually being the same person. So hence I cut him speaking her lines just as she spoke his lines. It's all very confusing, but hopefully in a good way. ;

Reccer's Comments: Cate Blanchett and Bob Dylan/Jude Quinn, film and documentary: compare and contrast. This is just so stunning and mesmerizing!

Reccer's Comments: This feels like an authentic show opener to me, and the use of effects and transitions is really well done. I like all the added touches, scenes and feel the vidder really sells the concept.
